📱 About TradingBell

TradingBell is a market clock application that displays the trading schedules of major stock exchanges worldwide, including session open and close times, countdowns, and related market information.

The App is designed as an informational tool for general reference. It is not a trading platform, brokerage, investment adviser, or financial data service.

⭐ TradingBell Premium Subscription

Certain features of TradingBell are available only to Premium subscribers. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple's App Store.

Free Trial. We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a term.

Refunds. All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.

TradingBell, its design, graphics, code, and content are owned by Big Cycles and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Exchange names, index names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. TradingBell is not affiliated with or endorsed by any stock exchange.

✅ Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• Redistribute or resell access to Premium features

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Cycles and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

🍎 Apple App Store Terms

Your use of TradingBell is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs with respect to App Store-specific matters.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for TradingBell. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App.

🔞 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TradingBell. By downloading or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

🌍 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

EU / EEA users: As Slovakia is a member state of the European Union, these Terms comply with applicable EU consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country.

UK users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom law.

📐 General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Cycles regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g., via an in-app notice). Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
